Refund Policy – Haromma

We want you to love your experience with Haromma. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within **30 days of delivery**.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@haromma.com with the following details:

– Your order number and the date you received the product
– Photos of the product, packaging, and any included accessories
– A short explanation of the reason for your return request

Returns are accepted only if items are unused and in original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect.
